Heavy precipitation or a probability above 70% drops a slot to red. Light showers ding it without killing it.

Cloud cover

Dark and overcast is grim, especially with wind. Clear sky under 30% cloud earns a sunny tag and lifts the verdict.

Temperature

Below 8°C and your hands stop working. Above 28°C and you are cooked. Ideal is 14 to 22°C with low wind and clear sky.
